Twenty-five years in this industry has taught Chris one thing above all else: the difference between a good home and a great one is never a single decision. It is ten thousand small ones, made carefully, by someone who cares. That is why he is on every job site. That is why no CAD home is managed by a project coordinator you have never met. That is why when you call, Chris answers.
Abby Johnson brings the other half of the equation. While Chris ensures the structure is built right, Abby ensures the interior feels right — guiding every client through the finish selections, color palettes, cabinetry choices, and design decisions that transform a well-built house into a home that feels unmistakably, irreversibly yours.
